Hi, seems the hen is late this year in our RI area. I found a few today on 10/5, but all small and the size of a baseball. Loove the website.

I had a large maple tree cut a few years ago , in the last couple years a mushroom has appeared on ,what I think is the root of the tree ,it appears to be a hen of the woods .today is July 14 ,is it possible that a hen would grow so early? It grows beneath some lillies that are in my yard.the bigger of the three is about the size of a basketball.
Thanks for giving such good knowledge. I got some helpful information from this post. Keep Posting such types of posts. mushrooms kaufen.
